Ralph Siegl (lic.rer.publ. HSG, MSc (Econ)) has more than 25 years of experience in operational and strategic management in the food and consumer goods industry, in retail and in the financial sector. After working as a foreign trade expert in the FDFA / EVD until 1995, he held various management positions in the global export business at Nestlé in Switzerland and Australia. From 2006 to 2018 he led the family company Läderach (Schweiz) AG into the international brand market as the first external CEO. Since 2010 he has been a member or chairman of the Board of Directors of Gübelin AG, Bank Linth LLB AG, Hochdorf Swiss Nutrition AG, Zibatra Beteiligungen AG and YLEX AG. Ralph Siegl is Chairman and Managing Partner of Experts for Leaders AG and accompanies various entrepreneurs and company managements as an independent Trusted Advisor. He has chaired the jury of the Switzerland Global Enterprise Export Awards since 2017 and nourishes his entrepreneurial curiosity in other pro bono forums and as a start-up co-initiator.
